Hello! I'm Adam Malone

I am an expert in developing Trust & building teams. It took 20 years and some painful experience to truly understand how Trust, or lack of it, impacts every aspect of our personal & professional lives. Now my passion is sharing that experience with others.

There are lots of coaches & courses, why should I choose Trust Dynamics?

Most of the coaches you'll find on LinkedIn don't actually have that much experience leading people and developing teams. Adam dedicated 15 years to team Leadership, and has led teams as large as 4,000 people.

If you want a focus on theory, academics or the "HR view" there are probably better courses.

If you want real, practical experience then The Leadership Ascent is the right program for you.

Is it possible to get my company to pay for this?

How will the content be delivered?

Once a week over Zoom we'll have an interactive session on a different dynamic of Trust. A minimum of 30 minutes will be reserved for group coaching.

I was hoping for individual coaching time, is that possible?

Participants in Trust Dynamics get access to Adam through a text/chat programs.

For those focused on significant growth Adam does accept applications for an individual program also.

When is the program?

The next session group will start on June 10th. The Zoom calls will be 2:00-4:00 PM Central US time

Do I need to be a Leader to join?

Being a direct Leader isn't required to join. Cross functional Leadership is developed within the program also, and there has been benefit for Project/Program Managers that were focused on growing their influence & brand
