Once a week over Zoom we'll have an interactive session on a different leadership topic. A minimum of 30 minutes will be reserved for group coaching.
Participants in The Leadership Ascent get access to Adam through a text/chat programs. For those focused on significant growth Adam does accept applications for an individual program also
The next session group will start on February 5th. The Zoom calls will be 2:00-4:00 PM Central US time
Being a direct Leader isn't required to join. Cross functional Leadership is developed within the program also, and there has been benefit for Project/Program Managers that were focused on growing their influence & brand
